This is an opportunity this summer (June 23rd - 26th) for students at least 14 years old and in 8th grade and up! One of our goals as a group is to develop youth into leaders who are not just being ministered to but are using the gifts God has given them to minister to those around them. In order to help facilitate this development into leaders, we are planning on bringing a group of students to Student Leadership University 101 in Orlando from June 23-26th.

Date: June 23rd - June 26th

Cost: $1,150 per person

Cost breakdown:

  • $699 for conference

  • $188 currently for the flight

  • $80 for baggage

  • Possible $118 per empty spot in each hotel room

Fundraising Schedule:

  • Saturday, May 17th:

    • Shredding Event, 9am - 12pm

    • Car Wash, 11am - 3pm

  • Sunday, May 18th:

    • Krispy Kreme Fundraiser in the morning after service

Payment schedule:

  • March 12th: $100 deposit due

  • June 16th: Second payment due

  • July 14th: Final payment due

    Notice of final balances will be sent out after our fundraisers, which will be by the beginning of June.

Students who are interested in applying should be at least 14 years of age and in 8th grade

Please note: Our goal is to get the cost below $500 between the fundraisers that we are doing and support from the church. From there, youth can work on raising money themselves to help defray the cost of the trip.
