Operation Christmas Child

About OCC

Each box is a tangible way to show the love of Jesus Christ to a child, opening the door to hearts in incredible ways. One box can make an eternal impact!

Building a Shoebox

  1. Find an average size box (a shoebox would work fine).

  2. Get your labels, which can be picked up in church, or found here.

  3. Fill it with gifts:

    1. Select a medium to large "wow" item such as a truck, car, doll or stuffed animal, then fill with other fun toys, hygiene items, and school supplies. Don’t forget to also include a personal note and photo - sometimes these are the child's favorite things to receive!

    2. Gift suggestions can be found here.

  4. Pray. Most importantly, "pray without ceasing" (1 Thess. 5:17) for the child who will receive your shoebox gift.

  5. Drop off your shoebox at Calvary! Our collection week schedule can be found below.

Build a Box Online

You also have the option to build a box online! This is a fun and easy way to select items to build a special box for each child. These boxes are especially made to send to hard to reach countries with the Gospel.
