Operation Christmas Child
About OCC
Each box is a tangible way to show the love of Jesus Christ to a child, opening the door to hearts in incredible ways. One box can make an eternal impact!
Building a Shoebox
Find an average size box (a shoebox would work fine).
Get your labels, which can be picked up in church, or found here.
Fill it with gifts:
Select a medium to large "wow" item such as a truck, car, doll or stuffed animal, then fill with other fun toys, hygiene items, and school supplies. Don’t forget to also include a personal note and photo - sometimes these are the child's favorite things to receive!
Gift suggestions can be found here.
Pray. Most importantly, "pray without ceasing" (1 Thess. 5:17) for the child who will receive your shoebox gift.
Drop off your shoebox at Calvary! Our collection week schedule can be found below.
For more information on packing a box, see this link.
Build a Box Online
You also have the option to build a box online! This is a fun and easy way to select items to build a special box for each child. These boxes are especially made to send to hard to reach countries with the Gospel.
